The British Trust for Ornithology recently appointed Prince William as its patron. The trust’s slogan is ‘Looking Out For Birds”.

There are countless other examples. Why the ROYAL Society for the prevention of Cruelty to Animals, when the Royal family are enthusiastic and unrepentent on bloodsports ? Why do Centrepoint gush about patron Prince William when the royals epitomise the inequality in housing in the UK with empty palaces throughout the land? Princess Eugenie actually started an Anti-Human Slavery Charity to stop trafficking of young women. Good for you -Eugenie – but maybe you could tell us if your father took you to Pizza Express as he claimed ? ( How weird is it that his daughters won’t confirm his pathetic alibi ?)

The Royal Family are damaged people – arrogant, self centred and out of touch. They’re frequently idiotic, crass, and with no real world experience.

The slabbery monarchist declares ‘they do a lot of good work for charity’.

But they don’t.

According to this blog, Royal Patronage does not profer any tangible financial benefit upon the chosen charities. The research also found that the charities with royal patronage were disproportionately in the South East and South West of England ( close to one’s palaces & servants).

So who does benefit from all this Charidee work?

The Royal family of course.

They don’t use the NHS, and they name hospitals after them.

They like to hunt so then sad face for animal charities

They entrench & legitimise the class system, so they foreground their names on social mobility schemes.

Some of these charities do excellent work, and should be supported. But their excellent work shouldn’t be a Moral Beard for a bunch of feckless Toffs who owe their entire existence to taxpayers and ‘tradition’.

So, fellow proles, do a wee charity gig for me.
